This game looks like it is real online poker that pays real money, when in actuality somewhere in the fine print the word ‘casual’ is used to describe this game/. Unfortunately, after months of depositing , I’d finally won something small but substantial, and when I went to cash out, that’s when I saw somewhere the word ‘casual’ being used to describe this game.. Discovering this fact has made me resentful…Although the game has its good qualities, it never occurred to me that such a deceitful tactic could be used to get people to deposit money.. I haven’t had any issues, I just don’t get why the sit and go tournaments winnings are the way they are, other than the app makes a killing on them. If 3 players are in a tournament, the winnings should be close to 3x the buy in. I know it says there is a chance at a bigger pot, I have played a bunch of tournaments and have seen the winnings at 2.5x the buy in twice and every other time it is 2x. Like I said, a great way for the app to pocket money on every tournament. I deposited about $40 and played for a while and then ended up withdrawing about $300 into my PayPal and leaving around $200 in my account. After withdrawing the money I seriously did not win anything after that. Not only that but I ran into soo many statistically improbable bad beats. Like people would go all in with Q4 against AA and some how hit a miracle 3 of a kind on the river. (This happened at least 6 or 7 times in the same game) I’m no stranger to poker so I know that bad beats happen but the number of times it happened against me were a little sus. I feel as though it is set up to let you win at first and then once you take money out you will lose until they are even. (Just my opinion). My suggestion is to download the app, play until you get up, take your money out, delete the app. ### 5/5 — Free money! *2024-01-31* Before I downloaded this app, I read some reviews. Some positive, some negative. The negative ones mention bots, the game is rigged, it’s a scam, etc. I’ve had this game for maybe a week. I haven’t put a single penny into it. But I’ve already cashed out 3 times! Granted, each cash out was only $1 (and they keep 10%, so… 90 cents). Yes, the money went right to my PayPal. It didn’t take long, either. Today I logged on and turned 42 cents into $1.50. Lost a few hands but I can get another 90 cents. No, it won’t make me rich, but nearly $4 for free? At this point I may even throw in a few dollars, the buy-in packages are pretty low. ### 5/5 — I like it! *2024-01-16* I’ve been playing for a few months now and I haven’t had any issues with withdrawing my winnings and I withdraw a couple times a week. I usually withdraw when I have $20 to $40 in my account and it’s always been on my pay pal the next morning. Only complaint I have is I had my brother and my wife download the game so they could play too and it doesn’t offer them the option to play in the cash games just for fun with the chips. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2024-01-06* I’ve yet to have an issue. Everytime I’ve redeemed I’ve gotten the money within 1 day. One time I got it in 2 days but I don’t understand how people have issue with some of the things I’ve read in some reviews. Of course some of the deals are eye rolls when gut straight get there or flush beats your trips but it’s online and that happens. Don’t like it play live but i think it’s just bad players complaining. I’m a bit concerned with personal info and utility bill you need to send for the verification if my identity gets stolen I’ll definitely will post again lol. But seriously some stuff to watch out for. I’m on the west coast so you can play the cash games. Rake is a little over 5% if you want to cash out they will take 6- 10% based on amount you cash out. I do feel like there are a crazy number of straights hit but I’m winning so no complaints. 😉 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The game glitches and hands go to wrong person *2024-08-01* I like this game I really do.. but twice now I played the money tables and I should of won the hand (I even screen shot the table)(not the game the HAND) and it went to another player one hand myself and another player both had a KQ in hand the table had 5 cards (I was all in the other person not) neither of us had a pair, 2 pair,3or 4 of a kind, no flush or straight just High card… which should of been a split pot hand. The other player won and I was out. This last hand happened today where I had a K and the other person had J no pairs or anything just high cards and please tell me how a J beats a K…. Again I lost. i took a screen shot and Well i contacted customer support and they reviewed one hand not the entire game (which it happened to of been the hand that wasn’t in question that they reviewed) and they said there was no error.. yeah in that hand… but they have yet to check any of the other hands that would prove I should of won. This game is unfair in these cases and I feel customer support doesn’t help in the matter. The details need to be open to be able to support our claims but when the game kicks you out and you can’t get the data quick enough like a hand number (one time I was lucky enough to of gotten the screen shot before the game kicked me from the table) but less things like this would happen! Other than that the game is good.. just needs to be fair. ### 1/5 — Blocked From playing *2024-06-11* Blocked from game play after placing withdrawal request. No I am not in a Restricted area. Also says logged out due to someone logging in on another device.. I am not on another device & if concerns are that someone logged into my account from another device then allow me to change passwords or emails or something to prevent access to whoever is trying to log in on another device or block THAT DEVICE from access NOT my current phone I’m logged into. Message says contact support immediately.. which I’ve done multiple times nonstop without any response from support. I’ve spent tons of money in game purchases & devotedly playing to only get blocked after my first attempt at withdrawal. I’ve completed identifying verification & was approved & not in blocked play area. .. being blocked & no response for help??? I have over $100 on my account being BLOCKED ### 1/5 — Can't get verified and customer support is non-existent *2024-06-11* I won about $250 on here after a $10 deposit. I tried to withdraw $150 and it took me through a verification process where I had to take pictures of my ID and do a face scan. I got a notification that "they couldn't verify me" and I needed to reach out to the vendor that submitted the request for verification. I have contacted them through the app 4-5 times in the last week and only received one response that they apologize that their verification process isn't working and they have people looking into it. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard anything else. Also, as soon as I submitted the request, the cards seemed to go "ice cold", plus numerous bad beats that seem unrealistic. I am now down to $50. They don't seem to care or want to pay people out on their winnings. I would recommend seeking a more reputable site for online gaming. ### 1/5 — Over the glitches *2024-04-11* I have watched ads entirely too many times now where it glitches after watching the MINUTE LONG ADS and displays a magnified portion of the wheel on the left half of my screen, and solid black on the right side. There are no buttons I can press, I cannot rotate my phone out of it (I’ve tried locking rotation too…doesn’t help) and I’m honestly tired of this app wasting my time. The app could be fun if you never try to access any bonuses, perhaps, but simply because I enjoy playing poker. The huge downside to this app is you will often times get people at the table who sit down and go all in or fold for every hand…no in between; it takes the fun out of the game a little bit. Maybe find a way to people with chaotic betting energy together with each other? Haha idk ### 1/5 — Don’t bother… *2024-04-02* All of these games always start off great. This app is no different. I hardly ever write reviews for apps, but I spent a lot of time on this one. There is a lot of nice things about this app. The daily bonuses and challenges are nice and you can rack up quite a bit of money from just casually playing. I was able to withdraw 5 dollars my first time and it went to my PayPal account after a few days. I then kept grinding and worked my way up to 50 dollars. I then decided to try to take some profit and redeem some money, so I withdrew 9 dollars on my second try. After a week of not seeing anything I reached out to support (who will take a few days to respond). They told me that my account failed the authentication and that I could no longer redeem or purchase. The strange part is that I never filled out any verification on my first redemption and it worked just fine. I asked if I could fill out the verification form and they said that once an account has been restricted it can no longer be unrestricted. I never put any real money into this game so it doesn’t bother me and I will move onto something else. The other reviews that say there is an extreme amount of bad beats also have some truth to it. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Rigged *2024-01-24* It’s obvious what they do is they rig it to where newer players get the best hands and flops, I’m sorry but unless there is a live dealer where I can actually see the flop I can’t play this garbage. Literally at first I was winning like it was unreal now I’m a high level and have noticed it’s too fishy how they can reel you into it. If I fold I automatically get a straight or three of a kind if I play all the way through I’ll get set up perfectly until the last card. There needs to be a way to verify it is truly random because I have seen too much of these patterns, oh well 5 stars there’s no way lol they give out free money too easily if you just sat back and collected the money and converted it you’d profit regardless. ### 1/5 — Glitches *2024-01-16* I love this app. But there are serious issues of glitches and freezing that I’ve lost a good amount of money. It’s not my wifi cause other apps I use don’t have this issue. They are really great bout responding to issues and giving you SC money as gift for loss. Lately I’ve been loosing and watching the screen freeze and loose what I had put in pot on a bet. Boom all of a sudden I loose my money and it goes to matching players. Jim David is the go to person on Tumbler or the party poker on tumbler. Be aware of board bullies cause it’s severe Screen record these bullies or your issues asap to show the developers or Jim David. Have fun and be respectful to other players. Bots names- Karina Daphne Serendipity and players with girls faces and guys names. Watch out for the $100. Players cause they will go all in after ppl place bets and they know youll fold cause you don’t have funds to keep playing. It’s bullies and not cool. This is a severe issue that needs to be addressed. I’m waiting for some kind of gift for the glitches again or I’m not invested anymore money til then All in All great game and supportive developers do answer you. There time table is different from us so keep that in mind. Have fun players and be respectful to one another. ### 1/5 — Hoax *2024-01-11* This game is not a real poker game, it lures you in letting you win then turns. It always flops you a good had then gives runner runner to an apponiant. It wants to give you the feeling you can win but you can’t. It will always keep you right on the edge but making it so you have to buy in. I cashed out $10 without ever buying in and then the $50 I was up flopped a set of aces on a rainbow board guy pushed all in I called and runner runner flush. A few hands later I flopped broadway and again my opponent pushed all in with 10/2 cause he flopped 2 and it went runner runner 2. So again I tell you this game is a farse. It is just about getting you to buy chips. ### 1/5 — Do NOT believe the ads *2023-12-29* This is absolutely a rigged game, not true poker. I’ve played several hundred hands and watched as it CONSISTENTLY delivers the 3%-7% miracle River card to beat strong hands made at the flop or turn. Yes, it happens in real life….but not 80+% of the time. Ads claim you will win hundreds per day (with the text during those same ads clearly stating you CAN win), and the truth is you won’t win squat. They pocket a shockingly high % (33% to be exact) of money in tournament play, and again, when you’re 90+% to win at the flop, just wait for the shoe to drop. Disgusting. ### 1/5 — The most horrible customer service ever *2023-12-29* I’ve tried with three different Credit cards to make a purchase for sweet coins and every time it fills but I know why it fails is because I feel like you guys don’t like to have somebody that’s actually good at poker win too much. I verified with all three of my banks and they all stated that it had nothing to do with my bank and my bank doesn’t say it’s a risky charge. Speed is perfect you will not get tired of waiting or be bored to death. The betting amounts for blinds,perfect, or f you wanna play big money or small. I have invested only a couple of my own dollars (which wasn’t even necessary, you can get enough money to play with just by watching a few ads) and the payouts I’ve gotten have been much more than I’ve put in. For some reason I was unable to do the advanced identity verification, but I still get my payout within a day or so (24-36 hours). If you enjoy playing hold ‘em and want to make a little extra money this is the game for you! ### 5/5 — Great game!!!! *2024-04-08* I love poker. I play it everyday several different apps. They all teach me something different. This one is fast paced alot of loose players in the lower blinds and you can clean up quickly if you need to but it has taught me how to play loose and. E profitable when you need to. I don’t recommend playing loose all the time b wise it bites you. Just when it’s necessary a part of your grand strategy if you will. You always can make money in this game with daily bonuses hitting different levels get you more starting bonuses. The emojis are great. The payout is fast once verified and it’s my goto when I need that extra cash on the fly. The cards dealt pretty real for live poker probably little more stronger hands more often than the casino but the fast pace is play keeps it interesting. I just wish that the crowns you need to level up or the leveling was far less and you had a better chance to level even if you don’t by SC. Oh and the tickets actually did hit the full house because that’s not far fetched to hit boats lol. For those of you wondering if this app is “legit” as far as payouts go, yes. I have had no problem receiving timely payouts (less than 24 hours) after completing the advanced KYC. The interface, software, and gameplay is intuitive and functions mostly perfectly well, though at times there are some latency issues. That said, I’d really like to see some improvements in terms of offerings/tables/games, etc. The only available options are cash game hold ‘em, 5 max (unless playing at lowest stakes, then 9 max is available), and “Spin and go” tournaments (3 max) at $1, $3, $5, and $10 buy-ins. I’d love to see some expansion of the available offerings, perhaps some larger, multi-table tournaments, MULTI-TABLES (God, please), and perhaps some other game types (pot-limit, Omaha, etc). Overall, a legit offering for real money poker on iPhone, and a good foundation to build on. I’d really like to see the developers give the game some TLC and upgrades. ### 5/5 — App is LEGIT *2024-02-22* I have cashed out maybe 10 x. Anywhere from $50-$600. I was very close to writing a negative review as I think the support was on vacation. I recently unlocked the slots and hit a bonus for 6k ended up 10 k and after the withdrawal fee it was 9k. I am instant withdrawal so to be honest I thought this would have hit my account way sooner as every withdrawal has been within 1-2 days max. I submitted for the 9k on 2/13 and it just hit today 8 days later. I am just happy it finally came in as there was no response from them and I really thought I’d never get the money. You can move money on and off the site without worry. The site uses PayPal which makes transactions easy. They do a great job of recreating the Vegas cash game table experience. There are both good and bad players. The cash games can be very soft at times. Unfortunately, the app has glitches. Since the last software update two weeks ago, there have been at least 5 instances where I was shown all five community cards (including the turn and river cards) on the flop. I have reported the issue to them, and hopefully they will fix it. I have also alerted “Gaming Labs” about this very serious glitch. Their customer service is subpar. I submitted one particular minor software glitch issue to them on several occasions. Each time they told me it was user error, even though I’ve submitted documentation, and followed all their instructions. I really want to give them 5 stars, but I gave them only 3. If they fix the software glitches and address my concerns, I will update my review and give them 5 stars.
