Its so complicated to use. Its not user friendly and constantly glitching. I doubt we'll ever get the old banking app back but wishful thinking. I dont even know why they switched apps if there was absolutely nothing wrong either the old one. It was so simple to use. ### 1/5 — Don’t Download *2025-11-04, version 1.0.250900* Hate this new app, hate this bank. App doesn’t show all transactions as quick as it used to and confuses its self. Doesn’t show transactions in correct order. Might as well choose another bank, there plenty that take care of your finances correctly and doesn’t charge monthly fees. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2025-10-31, version 1.0.250900* this is the first time I have ever disliked an app so much that I have gone out of my way to make a review for it. The previous version of this app was extremely easy to use one of my favorite features being able to check my balance from the home screen, however, this new update does not have this feature . Then the app is so slow and clunky. I cannot even find how to turn off my card anymore. I do not like the formatting of the of the app overall at a third complaint is the fact that you cannot see individual balance changes after each transaction on the you used to . That’s not to mention the fact that now when paying online bills, you are transferred to an external web browser, which feels very unsafe as a consumer to use. I do not understand why we would change an app that was not only running very smoothly , but it was also extremely easy to use, and just outright replacing it a worse version! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-10-25, version 1.0.250900* I wish the balance was listed under each transaction like a traditional ledger. My accounts were formatted like that in the old. Also, when I click on bill pay I’m redirected to a website. It feels insecure. I have to try to open multiple times for it to actually open…..3-4 times it just freezes and keeps “thinking”….5th time in a row, it will finally open. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointed with the new update. *2025-10-20, version 1.0.250900* I’ve been a Texas Regional Bank customer for years and always liked the old mobile app, it was simple, reliable, and did exactly what I needed. After this new “upgrade,” everything feels broken. The app constantly crashes, loads slowly, and I keep getting error messages just trying to check my balance or deposit a check. The new layout is confusing and cluttered, and it feels like basic features that used to work smoothly are now a hassle. I’ve tried reinstalling, even restarting my phone, and the same problems keep happening. It’s frustrating that a “new digital banking experience” made things worse instead of better. I hope TRB listens to their customers and fixes these bugs soon, because this version is a major step backward. ### 1/5 — Prefer the app prior to update *2025-10-18, version 1.0.250900* This new update is horrible.
