We were seated very quickly. I just got out of the hospital and told the server Brianna it was terribly cold. She stated everyone complains about sitting here. I ordered ice water with lemon and coffee. She gave me a half a cup of coffee and no lemons for the water. When you ur steaks came my husband and I had to switch because the server gave it to us wrong. The waitress never came and asked how was everything and can I get you anything more. I noticed she liked the bigger parties because they might tip better. I tip accordingly to service. She never cleaned anything off of our table but did it to others. She came over and finally asked if we wanted dessert. I said no thank you and she threw the bill on the table and walked away. I ordered a side of mushrooms and they failed to include it with my order. We did not get cinnamon butter with our order. I was disappointed with the service that I received when I picked up my order. Hostess was rude and annoyed. This restaurant in Santa Fe NM needs to be monitored closely and lacks customer service in take out area. Employees need additional training and motivation to be at work. Attention to detail is lacking.
