This new app (not an update) erase all my payment history and credit card account information. I could schedule all my card payment in one place before, now I can’t. I had to pay a late fee because I scheduled a payment in the old app and it let me schedule a payment after the expiration date so I missed the payment. The new authentication mechanism can’t connect with other big bank such as Citi bank. So not only I can’t pay my bill from this app, I also can’t using other bank’s app to draw money to pay. What’s the point of having a ‘new’ app, if your customers can’t even do basic banking such as paying bills and deposit checks? I am 67 and that’s not nice to do to old people! Very slick app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT GET THIS APP IT’S A SCAM *2022-07-26, version 4001.2.1* I had about $3,500 in my account and then decided to transfer $2,500 to another bank, it however, never appeared in my other bank and disappeared from my credit union account. Took 14 days of asking what’s going on at the TTCU before I finally decided to just dispute the claim at USAA and USAA ended up getting my money back. However, yesterday I found out that I was -$1,500 in debt and this situation is still ongoing. so basically at the moment I am missing $1,000 and TTCU is asking I pay back $1,500 in money that they had lost in the first place. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2020-11-21, version 6.5.2.100* The app and website continuously crashes and then freezes your account so you can’t use ANYTHING. Debit and credit card won’t work. I’m so disappointed with this update. I had to look up all of my Bill Pay information after the update deleted everything. I just spent 5 minutes trying to Electronically deposit a check because I keep receiving multiple errors while trying to take a picture of the check. I don’t like that I can’t get rid of the “Check your credit score” box at the top of the app. I also can’t arrange my accounts in the order that I want to see them in on the app. I’ve tried to add memos to transactions and they keep getting deleted. I’m not sure what the purpose of updating (but really replacing) the old app. It was completely fine. Please don’t make another drastic change to the app in the future without testing it out or surveying your customers before. ### 2/5 — New version is awful *2022-06-14, version 4001.2.1* The new version freezes constantly and I can rarely log in to get past the “view only” feature. I don’t like how they switched it to show the savings account before the checking account. ### 3/5 — Deposit checks feature much harder to use *2025-12-20, version 4018.0.0* Recent changes in the deposit checks feature have made it harder to complete a successful mobile deposit. The endorsement rules are different from the long-standing practice and hard to fit into the endorsement portion of the check. The photo processing is much pickier and hard to accomplish without a tripod and studio lighting. I haven’t had it crash while in use. The mobile transfer feature has continued to be invaluable. And since then the TTFCU has helped me and my family purchase three vehicles and allowed me to receive a home equity loan. For the past 25 years or so I have relied on the TTFCU in pretty much all my financial decisions and they have always been there when I needed them.
