Was told if I used the app I would get $40 reward, however a week later they told me that my app information was not relayed to them even though I followed the directions exactly. Gave me 1/2 of what they said. Waste of time.

Hello
Downloaded the app to complete the survey I’m scheduled for tomorrow. I have the password but the area to place the password is greyed out. 
The app itself is faulty. 
Can someone contact me.
