I have been with them for almost 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I had another issue that was never resolved as well. Lately, even with updates and completely deleting the mobile banking App and. Starting over, I am not allowed mobile Deposits. The screen goes gray with words that say, Full Screen Access Required. It stays frozen. I’ve even gone into my settings to no avail. This is one of a few reasons I will be switching to a different bank.
