This app is just terrible. I have seen plenty of other bank apps and credit card apps that work perfect. this is the exact opposite of perfect. In a hurry to check your account before paying a bill? Well that’s too bad because the app will decide weather it wants to show you how much money you have or not. The app works 25% of the time before and after their huge worthless update. Not sure how Texas gulf manages to consistently have the absolute worst finance app ever. Having to fight the app before the update was annoying because you would just have to keep closing it out and opening until it works. Now after the update closing the app and retrying does nothing to help fix any bugs in the app. Garbage app and debating on switching banks because of it

This is the worst banking app and everyday at certain times it doesn’t work. It’s been down for 2 days and I can’t check my accounts. As soon as I get back to town I’m canceling my account

In comparison to numerous other banking applications, the current version of the app appears to be significantly lagging behind. It is evident that users will not receive any alerts. According to Apple, the software has not undergone any substantial changes since last year, which are primarily bug fixes. I urge the developers to promptly update the app and implement some up-to-date improvements.

This has to be the worse app I’ve ever seen from a bank! Doesn’t show the correct amount of money in savings or checking..no option to get notifications when card is being used..

Feels like the bare minimum was put in so it can be called an app. I have a multitude of problems with it, one of the biggest being that every so often, the app decides that my user id is no longer valid, and the only way I’ve been able to fix it is by going to the bank in person and requesting a change, which is hard to do on weekends or after 5:30 pm. Or holidays. The app will currently not allow me to log in, yet the online website does. Same password, same id. It’s extremely irritating.
