If you have questions, you can sent them a message and they answer promptly during business hours. If it’s after hours, they answer first thing the next morning. There have been a few times(very few) that there were glitches with the app but they got it resolved by end of day. The Texell app worked fine until the new version. It used to show you the account number you were depositing into. Now you have to guess and most times it is wrong. So I then have to go back in and transfer out of the incorrect account. You have to constantly log back in if you want to do anything with the information from the app. You can’t copy and paste the account/routing numbers and **you have to log back in** every time you try to toggle between the app and something else. Not intuitive and too many clicks. It doesn’t list the important details with the accounts. What’s the APY/interest rate? What are the restrictions on the account: can you remove all the money or is their a cap on a debit transaction? How often can you move money in and out of Money Market. Basic questions should be easily accessible in the account information section. When you go to transfer in different places, it doesn’t actually let you add an outside account. You have to find the specific “transfer” section that lets you add an outside account first.
