## What is TexLab?

TLI-TexLab is a comprehensive AI-powered textile analysis and testing platform designed for textile industry professionals.

AI FIBER IDENTIFICATION
Point your camera at any fabric or yarn sample. The app instantly identifies cotton, polyester, wool, silk, nylon, acrylic, viscose, and many more fiber types. Multi-fiber blends and their ratios are calculated in milliseconds.

LIVE DEFECT DETECTION (YOLOv11 On-Device)
An on-device YOLOv11 model scans the camera feed in real time. Broken ends, knots, weave errors, pilling, hairiness, and other fabric defects are detected instantly — no internet connection required.

WEAVE STRUCTURE ANALYSIS
Pattern analysis based on ISO and EN standards. Plain weave, twill, satin, jacquard, and knit structures are automatically classified. Warp and weft thread density, weight estimation, and technical measurements are reported.

ISO/EN STANDARD-BASED TESTS
Evaluate more than 30 ISO and EN standards with camera-based tests. Perform fiber composition, weave structure, surface evenness, and color consistency analyses.

PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS
Every analysis generates a professional, shareable PDF report. Fiber composition chart, quality metrics, defect map, and TLI product recommendations are included.

TLI PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
Appropriate TLI-TexLabInstruments laboratory instruments are recommended based on analysis results. Find the right equipment for pilling tests, Martindale abrasion tests, GSM weight measurement, and tensile strength testing.
