I love the app and before the tech update I had my notifications on for deposits but since they upgraded everything and even though I have all my notifications on, I do not get notified of any deposits or withdrawals anymore and it’s quite upsetting. Will update to 5 stars when the notifications do push and email are FIXED

I opened up an account with Texoma Community CU about 5 yrs ago and they have treated me like we are actually family. My banker Derek is an awesome person,he makes lending so easy,and has always made it possible for me to get what I need. Texoma bank is absolutely the best and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful.

The old mobile app was user friendly and I could find anything I needed right away.  Now I will incur late payment fees, all because my dashboard is missing bill pay. Not fair at all, the IT department should never have released this version until every aspect was worked out. What now?

Keeps telling me my application is to old but there isn’t an update

This bank thinks it’s okay to just be like “oops our bad” when the app is constantly down sometimes for days..and now the phones are even down without any way to check bank balance. Save time and bank with someone else..I know I’m about to.
