Is to the service itself it went from reliable and almost absurdly cheep to delays being common at more standard rates. ### 5/5 — First time ordering… Excellent experience!!!! *2024-03-07* I found out about this service through a friend and I’m so glad I did. Life is hard as it is already but they withhold your food if there isn’t a tip to a driver, what if people can’t afford a tip only the food. I ordered from Ihop and the food was brought to me in a sketchy plastic bag from Lowes, the grocery store, I threw it away immediately because why would I eat this sketchy food. However after I busted my butt for a month made them lots of money, I got sick in Ioct, nov & dec, I came back to work at the beginning of January 2021 and because I was sick they took it upon themselves to give me crappy orders that only pay $2.29 base pay commission that’s it no tip they sent me way out in the boonies they don’t let you know the mileage that you’re going to have to go to deliver an order you don’t see the mileage until after you except their order so there’s your first battle is not knowing the mileage before you except the order the second bottle is trying to do all these extra things to make your commission pay more so unfair ### 1/5 — Not so accurate *2020-01-05, version 2.1.0* Ordered from Freddy’s steak burger. Speaking of driver, app said Jessica was delivering but some guy showed up ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-12-30, version 2.1.0* I just got my order. I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade, an 8 piece cheddar peppers with honey mustard and ranch, and two five piece cinnasnacks. Instead for the same price I got my full order of cinnasnacks, 4 cheddar peppers with none of the sauces, and a medium cherry limeade. And I tried to talk to the driver about it and he fought with me about it so he wouldn’t have to fix his mistake. And the other night my sister ordered from this app for chili’s and she only got half her order.
