I was charged still for the monthly subscription still even though I literally cancelled and deleted the app the same day I downloaded it. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-11-08* Offer you a free trial and even upon cancelling it they still keep charging you for the subscription. I didn’t even have the amount needed for the subscription on my Apple account but somehow they still keep charging me and put me in some sort of debt where Apple won’t let you download any apps till you pay?? It seemed to have everything I was looking for to keep in contact with my sons mother and to handle business calls and texts with but as soon as I downloaded the app and tried to goto the free trial that was spoke of it asked me to pay for a monthly a 3 monthly and yearly subscription and I was a bit hesitant to do so but then I thought maybe it won’t be to bad so got the 3 monthly subscription it took my money and gave me a number didn’t know I had to screenshot it to use the number and as soon as I got it I couldn’t use the app it brought me back to that same screen asking for more money I didn’t even get to use the app and now I am trying to get a refund and nothing is happened I just want my refund and then I will be on my way that is all please and thank you. **Developer response:** Hi there, First. we apologize for your disturbing experience.
