I wanted to use this as my work number but the call quality is very choppy, you can’t make out what the caller is saying and they also can’t hear you on their end. ### 2/5 — Phone line has terrible static *2026-08-17, version v13.24* The text messaging and everything else works fine on this app, however when trying to make a call or if I answer a call, no one can barely hear me. However I didn't send any messages make any calls . I mostly just receive messages . Then they wanted me to confirm my location . Which is strange why do I need to confirm my location . I would assume this is another app trying to track you and sell your data to the highest bidder. Because what is the reason for it?. My vpn is needed for my job and I would assume this is what they have a problem with. The only suspicious behavior they see is not being able to track a location. Anyway I would no longer recommend this app. Very disappointed. Calls constantly drop mid-conversation, and the audio quality is terrible unless you keep the phone on speaker. On top of that, you’re forced to watch ridiculous, non-stop ads just to navigate through the interface. It is far more of a hassle than it's worth. But it turns out that that’s not true. Here are services that will not now or ever use a VOIP service like this for identity verification: Microsoft Apple Verizon Xbox Telegram Comcast/Xfinity. When I contacted the developers, they never responded. When I contacted Apple, they told me that I was SOL and needed to pay the charge. I’m so irritated that not only am I not going to let Apple bully me into paying for something that doesn’t work, I have already ordered the Samsung that will replace my iPhone. It did work this morning receiving a code to the number I have with this app. I appreciate that it actually worked because Apple will not refund for any scams.
