Keep getting message that “Professional Plan isn’t activated error”. There’s no help on menu - no subscription on menu. E-mailed support - nothing. Wasted over an hour & a half messing with it. Easier to just take pic from phone and send in message or e-mail. Now have to go through the complicated process of cancelling subscription. What a waste of my time! **Developer response:** We are really sorry to hear that you were unable to contact our support team when you encountered this error.
