Keeps you plugged in when you only have your phone at your disposal. Have yet to find a feature missing from the browser experience. Only gripe is that I wish it was a little more responsive when returning to the app after time away. Seems to lock up or load slowly on occasion. It is convenient for me to be able to text from the same number as our landlines. I am able to login to my master account and toggle between different locations. With my enterprise level account, I also get great features like SMS Chat (the “live” chat feature on websites), keyword texting (example: text HIRE to apply for our open positions), and form fields in my texting templates (example: “Hey, [first name]!”. Aggressively logs you out every couple of hours. Login process is horrible. I’ll get notifications of received texts but when you tap to open the app it logs you out. Contact management features barely work and are SUPER Buggy in the browser admin and are reduced to non-functional buttons in the iOS app. Can’t add tags, can’t save name or phone changes. Support has no clue. Crashes and blank screens. *2024-03-19, version 7.2.3* Text request is a great service in general. This app is sub mid. Every time I try to open it the screen is blank. And the messages won’t load. Our business uses 3 lines to communicate with our customers and the app should be a godsend but instead it’s just a source of extra frustration. I have to force quit this app a couple of times a day. and before the dev hops on and says I need to update iOS or the app, I’ll mention that I’ve done both and have an iPhone 15pro running the latest iOS version 17.4 as of 3/19/24. ### 1/5 — Great service, terrible app *2024-01-16, version 6.67.2* Over the last few months, the app has been nothing but trouble. Sound and banner notifications are seemingly random whether you’ll get them or not. We CONSTANTLY miss texts from customers. You have to manually end it and restart it. It’s like I am playing a guess game... let’s see if we can access it this time? Meanwhile, there are clients who are waiting for answers. Very poor job with this app. It needs to be a lot more fluid... ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2018-01-12* This app needs alot of work. We use it at my place of employment and the app is terrible. You cannot start a new conversation from the app as there is no compose option, you have to go to the website(not handy when you are dealing with things away from a computer). Also when I log out for the times I am not on call I still get notifications. When I am logged out it is for a reason and I don't need the notifications. You have to delete the app to get the notifications to stop.
