I now use this to capture my work info directly from my monitor. Snap an email and in seconds you have the text. Copy it to NOTES.

drag and drop nice and simple. Tried 2 others 1st this works much better. 1st app I tried had a limit of 4 per day. 2nd app runs in the menu bar so harder to drag and drop. This is working great
