At first the app said you could paste in the open window but did not allow that feature.  $1.99 wasted

You can’t even import or save text.  Cut and paste only.

### 2/5 — It’s ok, but needs a little work

The app works, but there a couple of things that would make it great:

The voice isn’t natural but sounds like the original computer synthesized voice

The speed is too fast at 1.00, and when I set it it 7.5 it sounds like it on drugs - it doesn’t just slow down how fast it reads a sentence, it slows down each word and draws it out

There are no options to import files, and the iPhone option to select text from a file is limited one sentence short of a full page

This won’t replace other programs I have tried, and the fact that I paid $1.99 doesn’t help any.

If you make updates I will try them, but at this point I really don’t see myself using this app.

Actually there is some issue with some iOS versions and in some occasions it the voice is exactly as you described. We have been testing it for a long time, but as you point out the problem still exists. Usually the app uses a woman's voice for US English and is pretty good to listen to. For the Nicle  it costs it’s great. Of course we look for more as we go; but I have no complaints. It’s like a good friend in time of need!

It is the most productive app I have! 
It saves me so much time! I copy and paste articles/emails/books and everything I have to read. I use it while running and working out! Life saver! 👏🏿❤️
