## What is TEX!T?

TEX!T — a social app built only for words.
 
No exaggerated photos. No sensational videos. No filters. Here, only your thoughts and your true feelings matter.
 
◆ TWO SIDES TO EVERY POST
Every TEX!T has a front and a back. The front is yours to style — pick a paper, a typeface, a size, a weight. The back (!TEXT) is for your true feels: no styling, no pasting, just what you mean. Swipe a note to read its back.
 
◆ EVERY POST HAS A TIMER
You decide how long a post lives — an hour, a day, a week, or a length you set yourself. When the timer runs out it leaves the wall, and only you can see it again. Keep the ones you love while they last, and set a reminder so a post you care about doesn't slip away unread.
 
◆ 28 PAPERS, NOT COLOR PICKERS
Colors are curated papers here — solids, gradients, and mesh papers like Pearl, Ink and Tide. Some carry a gradient on the back too. Pin up to 8 favorite paper-and-type combos as My Papers, right at the front of your palette.
 
◆ A WALL, NOT A FEED
Home is a corkboard. Pan and zoom across a scattered wall of notes, or switch to the grid when you want order. Channels gather posts by mood — Confession, Crush, HotTake, Random, TinyWins, Vent — so you can find your corner.
 
◆ SAY IT BACK
Reply with a note of your own, mention people, follow the writers you like, and share a TEX!T before it's gone.

We value authenticity and respect. All users agree to our Community Guidelines, and your privacy is protected — we never sell your personal data.

PAPERS
Colors are now curated papers. Pick one and the whole note — front, back, folded corner — works together. 28 papers in all, including new mesh-gradient papers like Pearl, Ink and Tide. Some carry a gradient on the back, for the days your true feels are complicated.
 
MY PAPERS
Pin up to 8 favorite paper-and-type combos to the front of your palette. Tap a pinned paper again to manage it, and set a default so every new note starts out looking like you.
 
A CLEANER NOTE
Your name now rides on a small sticker tag that politely fades while you read long notes. What you see while writing is exactly what readers see.
 
THE WALL
Smoother panning and zooming across the corkboard. Two new channels to post in: Crush and TinyWins.
 
TIMERS & REMINDERS
Reminders got a redesign — set one and we'll nudge you before a note you care about expires. Turning one off now asks first, and the custom timer won't let you set a post to zero.
 
NOTIFICATIONS
The list is cleaner: one column, inline unread dots, read items dimmed.
 
Plus search improvements and a lot of paper polish.
