I do dozens of videos for my dealership a day, when you put the cancel button in place of the button used to send a video to the client you’re really shooting yourself in the foot here. I’ve canceled numerous videos on accident today. Please do not update the UI any further than this and remove the cancel button where the “add to RO” button is after shooting a video. ### 2/5 — Developers: fix the issues already. *2024-12-31, version 2024.11.2* I have to use this app for my job and it’s actually the most garbage unreliable app I’ve ever used. There’s multiple reviews explaining the issues. Can’t seem to get help reporting bugs either. Extremely clunky app. Late model iPhone cameras will not focus. The dealership isn’t supplying any devices to me that I could use either. Please please please fix the camera focus issue. Every other app that uses my camera works flawlessly just this app. Adding photos or videos from my media library usually results in failure or many duplicated submissions. ### 1/5 — Hot garbage *2024-09-07, version 2024.7.1* Stop deleting my review This app is hot garbage White screen doesn’t send videos why can’t you edit the video ### 2/5 — Shotty *2024-06-16* i have to use this app for my job and my BIGGEST complaint is: i prefer to use my actual camera to record my videos, edit them myself and then i upload the finished video to the app and submit it. they keep a record of every video you upload which is good but why don’t you have a way to offload that data?? the app now takes up 50GB on my phone to the point where that’s pretty much the only thing i can have without having to delete my own personal data and it’s really starting to be an issue, a work app shouldn’t be taking up the majority of the space on my personal phone. ### 1/5 — Sound issues *2024-05-10, version 2024.4.4* App is horrible, video sent to customer can not be heard or barely heard. Only had it installed for a few months and already has taken up over 30 megabytes of my phone storage. I have a 14 max and the app works fine on smaller phones. Been like this for months now. ### 1/5 — Excellent idea, Terrible execution. *2023-09-08* I’ve always wanted some medium where I as a technician can show the client what the vehicle needs for both liability reasons and to make it easier for everyone to be on the same page. I was excited initially when we implemented this to our workshop l but then it all went down hill. The app is TERRIBLE. The photos are compressed borderline gibberish at times and do not make use of the phones hardware to improve low light photos. If you take a photo and add it manually, the screen is just white indefinitely and will not be able to get added. I would really like to see the app work as it should please do work on ironing out the bugs. I wish I could give it a good review but I’d be lying. ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2023-07-06* I get the goal, it’s just not being extracted by the software given. The app is slow and sometimes doesn’t load, even in order, for that matter. The desktop site shows out of order of responses from client to me. I keep emailing support back and forth and nothing has changed with “clearing my cache”, uninstalling and installing the app back… ### 2/5 — Poor quality app. *2023-04-22* Many issues with this software for us. Recent ones include: screen going white when recording, won’t upload despite showing it uploaded, we still have customers that can’t open videos frequently, app seems to have issues with Bluetooth devices being active, the metrics they produce to show how well you employees are using the app is flawed as we’ve shown management several times. Good tool, lousy implementation. Look for a better provider. ### 1/5 — Unable to upload photos from gallery *2023-04-20* Use the app for work. Currently using an iPad to take videos and photos. Main problem I have is when I try to upload a photo from my gallery. I’m not going to waste anymore of my energy on leaving a negative review but I just want it to be known that if your dealership is using this app for their technicians, simply put they don’t care about you as a tech or their employees. Update: January 8th 2026 We’ve reached dystopian levels of stupidity in conjunction with this app. How are we as technicians reprimanded for having low video counts when time and time again several different people have mentioned in these very user reviews that the app is “spotty” and “difficult to use.” Not to mention the in person feedback here in the shop I work at. Several people have mentioned that their videos send, yet feedback from our corporate entities say otherwise. Now we’re being graded based on the reliability of a third party application that communicates service issues to customers. The entire concept of this app is complete and udder nonsense. The goal was to make our lives easier but now the very use of an illegitimate and frankly fraudulent app is hindering my performance at work. Now they added a cancel button exactly where the submit button used to be. Now everytime you go to hit submit out of habit you push cancel and have to make the same video over again. Being able to both send a receive messages to / from customers is a dream come true for customers and advisors alike. Customers don't have to get voicemails and advisors can work with customers anywhere in the store and not worry about missing a callback from a customer. The techs love the ability to "group chat" with the parts counter, their advisor or even with other techs on an issue that they are working on and Managers love the ability to converse thru "employee chat" with their staff. Picture and video messaging takes your store to an entirely new level of technology and a full free flow of information.
