The app is still a beta version in my opinion. Contact management is terrible and badges are not working, as examples. It’s ran by one guy out of his garage. And he likes to Terminate Account without Cause. I was going back and forth with their support to try and get that fixed. I hadn’t heard from them for a few days, so I canceled the account. It canceled it immediately even though I paid for a full month a few days ago. I doubt there will be any refund for the remainder of the month. ### 1/5 — Made my head hurt... and my users angry. *2020-12-09, version 2.0.1* Tried using this for our business with 10 team members. In the end only 2 out of 10 are using it now, because theirs were the only numbers it worked for consistently. For most users it never worked and caused many more problems than good. We went through everything with Twilio multiple times, ran diagnostics. It came down to Textable. Tried emailing their support and calling them... no answer. Very sad because I think there’s a lot of potential and the interface is clean yet sleek. I have to give one star because nothing else matters if it doesn’t perform its basic purpose... sending and receiving messages. ### 1/5 — Please avoid *2019-06-14, version 1.0.10* Phone app is useless, every time you want to check new message you have to quit app and start all over again. It opens conversation at the beginning, you have to scroll it down every time. Super slow ### 1/5 — Crashes on contact search *2018-08-30, version 1.0.5* Didn’t get to find out if it can send texts. It doesn’t ask for contact permissions, which is probably why it crashes when trying to search contacts. ### 2/5 — Sort of works with some serious issues *2020-08-12, version 2.0.1* I was able to set it up pretty easily using twilio. It works well for texting and can receive images. Some giant issues though. The first is there is no way to navigate back from a text message when you only have one. You are stuck in the message or can go to you login. Once you have 2 messages it opens up another pane/menu. The other is if you get a file there is no way to save it. Would be great to have save to phone or standard menu on the iPhone- send via text, email, save to photos, etc. beyond that it seems great. ### 2/5 — Almost there *2018-05-28, version 1.0.5* This is almost a perfect replacement for my XMPP-Twilio gateway. App seems to work great so far, I can successfully send and receive texts. The texts come through and go out promptly.
