### 3/5 — Перестал хорошо транскрибировать

С декабря пользуюсь платной версией на год. Транскрибировал нормально, с небольшими ошибками- не критично. Но в июле что-то пошло не так. Не транскрибирует огромные куски текста, просто пропускает. Качество аудиозаписи при этом чистое и понятное. Пришлось переслушивать 4 часа аудио и вручную вносить правки. Важнейшие части записи отсутствуют. Здорово, что вы реагируете на отзывы. Прошлый мой отзыв сработал и вы исправили недостаток, надеюсь и сейчас будет так же. Хочу и дальше пользоваться вашим продуктом

普段から文字起こしに愛用しています。
音声や動画からの文字起こしの精度は非常に高く、とても助かっています。操作も簡単で使いやすく、重宝しています。
ただ、最近画像から文字を読み取る機能で少し気になる点がありました。画像内の文字を正しく認識せず、代わりに「Undertexter av Nicolai Winther」とだけ表示されてしまうことが何度かありました。バグかと思いますが、改善していただけるとさらに使いやすくなると思います。

それでも、全体的にはとても優れたアプリだと思います。これからも愛用させていただきます。

### 4/5 — ユーザー辞書さえあれば…完璧

いつもとてもお世話になっております。

良いポイント
・フォントサイズが変えられることで画面が小さくても読めますので耳が不自由だったり、音声から情報を得ることが難しい人と通話する時に役立っています。
また、早口もはっきりと喋れば結構拾ってくれるので多弁であったり早口な人にも周りに伝わりやすくて感動しています。
・10分程度でリアルタイム翻訳は終わってしまいますが、その都度やり直せば良いので問題ありません。

要望
・自分の話したい内容のせいか、上手く変換されないことがたまにあり、特定の音の時に特定の変換が適応されるようにユーザー辞書のようなものがあればとても嬉しいです。
