I bought the family plan and set this up for my 3 children. You get 20 “custom” texts you can send on Santa’s behalf. I have sent 2, the site says I have sent 12. I’ve had the app for 1 day. Don’t worry, you can buy more despite spending $40. This is clearly a scam to get you to keep buying more messages while they claim you have sent some of your texts. I assure you I didn’t send 12 custom texts in 1 day. The site doesn’t have a contact link that I can see. My only recourse is to save others money and avoid upsetting your children when you won’t buy more text messages. Stay away from this app!

Hi, my name is Arianna and I would give this app 1 star because why would I pay to sign up it’s just really dumb to me and I don’t know from your point of view but I think that you should take the whole paying situation off of the app because people don’t wanna download this app just to delete because it was useless I hope you can fix this issue about paying can we just sign up for free?
