There have been improvements to the overall stability and performance of Bria Branded Client, such as:

Some users have reported audio delay when placing or receiving calls using the previous version of Bria Branded Client. This issue has been resolved for the users.
When using Bria Push, Bria Branded Client displayed a missed call notification on the lock screen when the call was answered on another device. It has been changed to suppress the missed call notification in this scenario.
In chat rooms, the new message indicator and @(mention) icon remained displayed after the new message was read. This issue has been resolved.
There has been graphical improvements to the Collaboration feature.
An on-boarding issue has been resolved for a customer.

Bria Branded Client now allows you to add a description of an issue when you send a log to CounterPath Support.
Resolved issues
There have been improvements to the overall stability and performance of Bria Branded Client, such as:
An incoming call was not heard after being answered using Plantronics Bluetooth headset
If you continue to encounter a resolved issue, or if you have a new issue, please report it to the CounterPath Support Center.
If you use the Bluetooth device to answer the call, the audio is sent to the Bluetooth device. If you use the iPhone to answer the call, the audio is sent to the iPhone.

It is now easier to go back to the ongoing call screen after navigating to another page such as Call Statistics.
Try tapping the bottom edge of the green Back to the Call element.

Resolved issues:
There have been improvements to the overall stability and performance of TextUs Voice, such as:
Subscription issue in Russian language on iPhone XR
This version includes a fix for an issue where a user cannot proceed after the subscription screen on an iPhone XR when the device is running in Russian.

Expected behavior
Incoming Call Audio with Bluetooth - iPhone only
When Settings > Preferences > Native Integration is enabled and the iPhone is connected to a Bluetooth device, the audio output varies depending on how you answer the call. If you use the Bluetooth device to answer the call, the audio is sent to the Bluetooth device. If you use the iPhone to answer the call, the audio is sent to the iPhone.
