This app is honestly really helpful if you struggle with distractions or spending too much time on your phone. You can set a timer or schedule, and once it locks your phone, it actually keeps you focused. I like that it’s simple to use and helps me stay productive when studying or working. The lock feature is strict enough that you can’t easily ignore it, which makes it effective. Definitely a good app for improving self-control and reducing screen time.
