Wenn man ein Produkt weltweit verkaufen will dann reicht es nicht die App nur mit einer Sprache auszustatten. Habe mir das Bike im Dezember gekauft und Mängel an Tezeus gemeldet, bis Heute hat es kein Updat gegeben. Ferdinand

Die App macht genau das, was sie soll, und das Design gefällt mir sehr gut. Besonders positiv finde ich die Benachrichtigungen, die sofort auf mein Smartphone gesendet werden, wenn jemand Fremdes das Fahrrad bewegt – eine wirklich nützliche Funktion!

Allerdings gibt es zwei Punkte, bei denen ich mir Verbesserungen wünsche:
	1.	Gesamtkilometer: Die in der App angezeigte Gesamtkilometeranzahl stimmt nicht mit der Anzeige meines E-Bikes überein. Zum Beispiel zeigt die App 100 km an, obwohl ich schon über 600 km gefahren bin. Eine automatische Aktualisierung bei der Bluetooth-Verbindung wäre hilfreich.
	2.	Update-Funktion: Aktuell funktioniert die Update-Funktion bei mir nicht. Wenn ich nach Updates suchen möchte, lädt die App unendlich lange und nichts passiert. Nur durch Schließen und erneutes Öffnen der App kann ich sie wieder nutzen.
