It’s more expensive than another popular 3rd party Tesla app yet seems to have half the functionality! It’s a shame as some of the stuff in the app like range rings are excellent and helpful! Visuals for battery information is great! Really let down by lacking the stuff they claim to have but actually don’t. ### 2/5 — Too obsessed with reporting and not basics *2026-04-02, version 2026.13.1* Used to be a useful tool but the developers are too obsessed with FSD and other reporting yet basics like home charging no longer works. The Add time of day charging has stopped functioning but nothing seems to be done about it. Until recently when they now want more money to support more than one vehicle. I get it that operating costs go up but don’t “founding” members should be grandfathered into no limits in terms of the amount of vehicle connections. ### 1/5 — Price rise is a no go *2025-02-01, version 2025.5.2* I liked this app. Although it’s hardly vital to everyday EV use, the data is interesting. But now that they’ve almost doubled the monthly cost AND charge still more for two EVs (thus tripling the cost!), it’s just not worth it. Even though the purchase shows in my subscription list, the app does not recognize this purchase. Every time I click on an option in the app, it tells me I need to subscribe to Pro. I sent an email to support but have not received a response. Very disappointed. It was fully functional when I first downloaded it and since I do not pay for any subscriptions, every single feature that is even mildly useful has been removed since then. Will not be resubscribing. ### 1/5 — Holy lost features Batman! *2025-02-13, version 2025.7* I really enjoy having the data available for every trip in our EVs. A lot of the data was behind an initial paywall which I obliged. Given that we were able to see the data I wanted/needed it was worth it. There are a lot of data points I would like to see, but so far what I’m getting is worth it. But now, it isn’t. There has been an adjustment to the subscription model and the data I signed up to receive isn’t available for my vehicles. First the subscription cost got jacked up. Then they add an additional subscription per vehicle. My costs to support this app have increased more than 3x. So much for “cheaper than a couple cups of coffee a month.” Because of the truly exorbitant price increases, this app is no longer worth it. So much more from driving maps to weekly reports. It’s superior to the Tesla main app and I worked at Tesla. Edit saved me 500$! Was connected to a neighbors plug in duplex and they claimed way more usage and TezLab won when my data was presented to the landlord ! Over time, I’ve seen it steadily improve with new features, and it remains my go-to app for tracking drive usage, battery life, charging data, and more. With the recent addition of FSD tracking, I’m excited monitoring my FSD drives. I also just began using the new FSD Leaderboard feature, live in the car which is a fantastic addition. This app keeps getting better, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants reliable insights into their Tesla! ### 5/5 — FSD tracker *2025-08-16, version 2025.27.1* An awesome new feature that Ben at Tezlab has accomplished. It keeps track of how much you are using FSD on your Tesla. Just had this feature added on my Cybertruck. I really like how it allows you to group trips together to form your overall trip view. My only complaint is on me for not starting to use this app from day one! Too bad there is no way to get historical data of some kind (pre app install), but having already spoken to the very responsive and knowledgeable developers, this just isn’t possible. ### 5/5 — Using TezLab for years *2025-08-07* My initial intent and purpose was to use this app to export charging data and reimburse for my electric consumption. I’ve seen the application consistently improve with new features and is still my go to app for drive utilization, battery life, charging data, etc. With the addition of FSD tracking I can’t wait to begin tracking FSD drives.
