### 4/5 — 4

*2024-04-26*

Useful app, but please fix an issue when app freezes for about a minute every time you open it - it doesn't crash but complete freezes, then just un-freeze after about a minute. That's causing problems when you need to open and active a ticket quickly, and some drivers aren't patience enough to wait this long

### 1/5 — As a tourist just buy paper tickets

*2024-02-28*

.

### 3/5 — Why only 1 ticket per device?

*2023-09-14*

The app seems great for buying tickets but it’s almost useless since it allows only one ticket per device.

### 1/5 — Sign up screen can’t scroll to the bottom for iPhone Promax 14 screen

*2023-09-05*

Bad UX design.
Can’t use.

### 1/5 — Poor function of the App

*2022-12-14*

This app insulted everyone who has an iPhone, due to it’s poor functionality the ticket shared by a friend could not be accessed as the app was crashing and came with a error message that “this version of the app can’t be accessed, and needs to be updated” even though it was the updated version. The driver insulted myself and everyone one else who was with us and kicked us out of HIS BUS. Not once but twice. According to him the bundle of 5 adults day rider can be used by only one person in 1 phone for 5 days. He does route no:34, SA15 VUB. I WOULD LIKE THE AUTHORITIES TO TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THE JERK DRIVER AND FOR GODSAKE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE WITH THE APP. MY FIRST DAY IN EDINBURGH WAS RUINED. THANK YOU APP DEVELOPERS AND THANK YOU LOTHIAN FOR SUCH KIND EMPLOYEES WHO TRAIN THEIR STAFF ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH GOOD AMOUT OF RUDENESS AND SPITE.

### 1/5 — Useless. Lost money

*2022-02-05*

This app used to be okay but now it crashes every time I try and use it. I’ve stored day tickets that I can’t access and on boarding the bus just now, the ticket activated but the app kept crashing every time I tried to show it to driver so I had to pay by card. I’d decided to get the bus home instead of the train to save money but at £3.60 I’ve saved very little and added 45 mins to my journey. Will be deleting as soon as these tickets have been used, if I can use them, or trying to get a refund from LB. Don’t download.

### 2/5 — Unusable

*2019-08-27*

I’m only giving this two stars because the app has worked ok for me for a number of months but it is now completely unusable. I have 8 purchased tickets and no way to access them. The only time I am able to access the “purchased” tickets section is now after I have bought more tickets, with a minimum spend of £4! I have gone through the process of buying to access my purchased tickets a couple of times, assuming it’s a glitch that will be fine next time but apparently not! No intention of spending more on tickets I apparently won’t be able to use. Glad that the buses now accept contactless because that seems to be my best option now.

### 1/5 — Broken user journey

*2019-04-16*

This app was not great to start with: minimum payment amount (that has finally been lowered now), the ticket transfer between devices was just very archaic and bad (why not just link them to the account?? Why do I need to transfer my tickets between devices? Why do I have to wait 6 months between these transfers??), it would crash quite often, etc. But now, the issue is even bigger in the sense that on iOS, when you open the app, you are directly directed to the buy tickets menu. You cannot go back since there is no back button on iOS, and you are just stuck there and cannot use your already bought tickets unless you buy new ones. Could you fix your application please? It is seriously becoming a problem now as it is pretty much unusable. Thank you.

### 2/5 — Badly developed.

*2019-02-20*

Terrible app. After months without support for iPhone X screens sizes the app was finally updated, but with numerous obvious glitches (was it not tested?). Then after a few weeks, instead of resolving the issues, they just revert the update and we’re back to having black bars at the top and bottom of the app again. Seriously??

Most annoying is the ridiculous delay between tapping the Activate button and the ticket actually activating. The app basically locks up for several seconds even on an iPhone X. Sometimes, despite tapping to activate the ticket when I can see the bus approaching the stop, it’s still not activated by the time I’ve get on and am showing it to the driver, resulting in the whole bus being held up due to the crap app.

### 1/5 — Why £10 minimum?

*2018-12-20*

Don’t bother if you’re a tourist. Just get an Uber.

Edinburgh obviously doesn’t want tourists to use public transport.
