I click on add device, go to next screen enter WiFi password and wait one minute. Then the configuration is complete (that’s what it says) but no devices show on the list. Useless. And also I hope my iPhone is still safe after getting installing this weird app. I don’t recommend it. Rather use a remote.

Каждое обновление слетают подключённые устройства!!! Что за бред?? Каждый раз приходится настраивать по-новой. А вот сейчас я нахожусь далеко от дома и не могу удаленно запустить сплит. И кот жарится в душном помещении

Seit ein paar Monaten funktioniert die App leider nicht mehr. Haben schon alles versucht, restart, komplette Neuanlage, die Installierten Geräte lassen sich einfach nicht zuverlässig steuern, schon gar nicht mehr über Mobilfunk.

Diese App funktioniert nicht. Ich kann mein Gerät einfach nicht in die Geräteliste einfügen. Ich habe alles gemacht was in der Anleitung steht. Ich habe es auch mit anderen Handys versucht und es geht auch dort nicht. Ich habe auch schon die firewall für mein wlan abgestellt und es geht immer noch nicht. Sehr schade, ich hatte mir extra meine Klimaanlage gekauft weil ich die mit meinem Handy bedienen wollte!

Update: Anscheinend funktioniert das Gerät nur wenn man es mit einem 2,4 Ghz Wlan verbindet. Mit einem neueren 5Ghz Wlan geht es wohl nicht.

I persevered to get it working and I’m giving it 4 out of 5.
My Wi-Fi has 2 modes, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. My iPhone is usually on 5GHz. The device wouldn’t connect on 5GHz at all though, so I put my phone onto the 2.4GHz network and tried again. It connected first time. Didn’t have to “Reset the Wi-Fi” as in the instructions. I would give it 5 but I think that the instructions should say it will only work on 2.4 GHz.

Piloter sa clim à distance est un jeux d'enfants et cela même si l'on est pas à la maison du moment que l'on est sous couverture 4G !
Permet d'accéder à des fonctionnalités comme la programmation de la mise en route et/ou l'extinction du climatiseur pour les jours de la semaine que l'on désire !

Seul petit bémol, il est impossible de changer la température que l'on désire lors de la programmation de l'allumage automatique, en effet l'application plante dés que l'on essaye de modifier celle-ci qui est réglée d'office sur 26 degrés 😕

Problème à corriger et cette appli méritera sa 5éme étoile ⭐️ !!!

При сопряжении кондиционера отражаются символы CF, PP, SA. Далее в приложении отражается “configuration success”  и выходит на страницу «device list”, но при этом данная страница пустая (девайсы не добавляются). В чем проблема? Не работает приложение?
