I went to speak to staff at my local bus station and we tried several times and it wouldn’t load. I went there another day and the staff tried again and we had the same results. Just given up. Very rarely works . Quick to take the payment for a swift card but hours later still can’t upload it using the poxy app. How backwards.if we are forced to buy something online it should automatically load onto the card instead of then having to keep trying to use the swift collector to upload your purchase! Why did you close down pretty much all of the wm travel shops and stop the sale of cards from local shops. What happened to the old Net WM app that you could check bus and train times, stop locations, disruptions, journey planner etc? Features are accessible and easy to navigate. But when I try to log in my account, it loaded for too long that I cannot bother to wait. Secondly, the live timetable is one my favourite featutes. However, sometimes, if I tap on one of the favourite stops from the homepage, it does not pop-up. No matter how many times I try, it keeps being like that. At a result, I then have to look for the stop on the map, and check live schedule from it. The app tries to be compact with essential features. And why rely on a physical card? Just give us QR codes. This system is unnecessarily complicated. ### 2/5 — Fix the app *2025-11-03, version 2.11.2* It won’t let me sort out my bus pass if the swift collector, nor will it in any of my other family’s phones, how am I supposed to rely on this app if it won’t let me do my bus pass and use the buses ### 2/5 — Useless as always *2022-08-18, version 2.8.3* Downloaded this app as the old one stopped working. No communication that they’ve moved to a new app. Just as useless as the old one. Information at bus stops is wrong and now this doesn’t work half the time.
