### 1/5 — Messed up my order, and ruined both businesses for me

We have actually been ordering from this restaurant for years, we decided to try the app to make it easier so we could use past orders easily, we distinctly hit a certain thing on the order, we had a discussion about it and checked the price to make sure it was the same online, when we got our food it was something different, the restaurant refused to help us unless we talked to the "online company", find that funny because their name is on the app, long story short neither the supposed online company, nor the restaurant would honor the situation and replace our order, we had an awful attitude from both companies. Now, because of this app, I will no longer do business with TG express

### 3/5 — Food is good but app never works

The food is good but the app always says my house is out of bounds even though on the website and when on the phone it’s in bounds. It also messes up some times and get stuck. And it isn’t updated to have the same reward system as the website does.
