## What is TGH VIP CRM?

TGH VIP CRM is a guest relationship tool for VIP sales and hospitality teams.

It turns reservation and spend history into a daily working list, so you can see who to
contact and why without digging through separate systems.

• A daily list grouped by reason: upcoming arrivals, birthdays, guests who have not
  visited in a while, top spenders, and anyone with missing contact details
• A full profile for every guest: visits, spend, venues, and the night of the week they
  usually come out
• Call, text or email a guest from their profile
• Build a call sheet from any group of guests and work through it
• Add a new contact from your iPhone address book, or type the details in
• Your own sales and activity at a glance

Face ID keeps the app locked when it is not in your hand, and locks it again after five
minutes away.
