That’s if you can even navigate to payment … if you create your account using automation from your Apple profile, the stupid app doesn’t gain access to all those details, you have to add them all anyway and, if you think you should be able to just manually update your profile - NUP!! - and every time you try to do this you’ll lose everything in your order basket - so painful, such a shame. ### 1/5 — Error code 404 *2025-06-25, version 2.2.8* App is terrible, error code 404. I contacted the TGI Fridays people and they can’t figure out why it doesn’t work so blame my network but apparently doesn’t matter which network it won’t work with any of them as I have changed and shocker still won’t work. Please fix this asap ### 1/5 — Cannot login anymore *2025-04-13* I love using the app as it shows me all the members’ specials. However, lately the app doesn’t allow me to login anymore. Even after I deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone. It just keep coming back to the log in screen (I use Apple login). Now the app is useless as I can’t use it at all, not even to order at the table as it requires login first! Moreover, I can’t see the members specials or my reward points anymore. Please fix this. The app won’t let me sign back in but wants me to sign up as a new member. Apparently both my email addresses do not match or exist in your system. The app crashes constantly, making it impossible to complete tasks. The interface is overly complicated, and several key features either don’t work or are extremely buggy. For example SIGN IN doesn’t function at all, even after reinstalling the app and following support instructions. They can’t tell you if the order went through or if the order was charged. You just have to wait and see if a meal turns up. Then wait until you get a bank statement to see if you get double charged as it failed twice! ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-11-24* The app totally ruins your mood and I no longer feel like eating here. Garbage app that still doesn’t work and must pay via app but it takes like 15 mins to take the payment. So, to get member price I must wait a further 15 plus minutes for it to work. Last time I gave up and paid and ordered at counter. That’s wild, all I wanted was my wings and I had to rekey the order 3 times, then when I made an account it asked for every piece of personal information under the sun, all to then crash and not work, so I did it again, made a new email only to use for this app, it has been 4 weeks and I’ve received 76 spam emails. Nothing is too much trouble for Eric (the manager), or Nimesha behind the bar. She’s awesome too! So kind and welcoming after Covid lockdown. Yay, finally free. As always, the food was yummy, and the Halloween themed drinks were great(thanks Nimesha). There’s lots of choice in bars and restaurants in Melbourne, but I continually enjoy the atmosphere of the place so consider myself a regular.
