It’s been happening for over a year or two. Complaining to their customer service is pointless as no one responds and if they do, they ghost you after that. ### 4/5 — door location *2025-07-24, version 1.1.8* i have a suggestion, please also show where’s the door located at the seat selection page because sometimes we don’t know we came in from down stairs or upstairs. it will be easier for OKU to choose their seat. ### 2/5 — Login system *2025-03-22, version 1.1.2* Very dissapointed of the log in system …everytime book ticket need to log in and when log in even no problem of the password or otp also come out unexpected error .Sign up a new one also same …. Ive even tried using different banks my transaction still failed (which shouldn’t have happened). I did get refunded for the charged amounts. I prefer the old version better.. interface supper buggy & not user friendly.. unclickable.. and the process of trying to retrieve your account is SUPER FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING!! It makes the process of finding a specific movie extremely tedious. Instead of quickly typing in the name of the movie I want to watch, I am forced to scroll through the entire list of available movies one by one. This not only wastes time but also diminishes the user experience significantly. Until then, the user experience will remain subpar, and I will have to consider alternative apps that offer a more user-friendly and efficient way to browse movies. It’s like you took my grandpa and made them client in charge of uiux and then paired him with a nepobaby gen z with the title “founder and ceo of xyz developers” with no formal training and got them to create this disasterpiece together. If you have any money invested in this company, just know that you’re losing more of it because this app exists and people will never want to use it to book a show. I can’t even find the movie that I want and spend less time doomscrolling than it took me to even to finally land on a broken and over complicated filter tool???? I don’t know why want to change the app…. I try to login a few times also show “invalid account or password “ even I change the new password still cannot log in… I try to sign up again, but show “this email address is alr registered blablabla….” Cannot give me sign up again and also cannot give me login. Are u kidding me? Please fix this. After i approve my secure2u on the bank app. Go back to the page and wait for almost 4-5 minute before it said failed. Kindly improve since the old app is better. And i like to see the showtime like the old app. No need to press the movie before it popup the showtime for that cinema. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — tgv's attempts in scamming customer *2025-06-28, version 1.1.5* had worst technical issues during screening and the staffs promised full refund of rm120 but i had to be the one that chase them since they havent follow up my refund case even after a month of waiting while other customers had received theirs. no apology was expressed at all and they also threatened me to give my FULL 16 DIGIT BANK CARD NUMBER or i wont get my refund back. imagine asking sensitive private info like that via email and claimed it will be confidential and safe lol they think im that stupid. GSC would never failed me like this. overall; rude, unprofessional, lack of empathy and insensitive, incompentent and zero introspection!!! yall better not choose them as your to-go cinema. ### 1/5 — Apps is not loading *2025-05-24, version 1.1.4* Apps is not loading at all. Stuck at the TGV logo & won't go to the next page at all. Been trying since 10am today. Have tried to install & uninstall but still not working. I have also tried using wifi & 5G but the apps still not loading. ### 1/5 — Unable to sign in *2025-04-02, version 1.1.2* When I try to create a new account, and after it ask me to enter my pin it will always get an unknown error message and the email I entered it will be “used“ and can’t be use to create account. When I try to use the email to login it ask for my password which I never had the chance to set it ### 1/5 — Not able to log in my ID for more than month *2025-03-27, version 1.1.2* Even after I changed my password, it kept showing an error message saying, “Something went wrong.” Is TGV ruining its own business? Because of this issue, I had to go to another mall, which is a bit farther from my house, to watch a movie at GSC. I think GSC would thank TGV for sending business their way. ### 1/5 — Stupid app *2025-03-27, version 1.1.2* This stupid app doesn’t allow you to purchase ticket using guest account. While I’m setting up new account, it jammed me during the pin stage and my email no longer new. While resetting password only show error, multiple stupid error message showing. If you don’t want to let us buy ticket. Just delete this stupid app ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2025-03-22, version 1.1.2* Very bad experience of trying to login. You can check in to this app but you can never leave. How could app quality control be this bad? When I tried to sign in, always wrong password even when I put the right one. Tried to reset password, always came out “something went wrong”. Cant book, cant sign in, cant reset password also. Tried 3rd email address and mobile number, finally registered. But payment failed for eWallet, and credit card too.
