## What is TH Crossing Watch?

Tired of getting stuck by the tracks in Terre Haute?

TH Crossing Watch is the ultimate community-powered app designed to help you navigate Terre Haute's notorious train traffic. Whether you are commuting to work, heading to class, or just running errands around town, our live map and real-time alerts help you find the clear route and avoid unexpected delays.

Built by a Terre Haute native, for Terre Haute residents, this app relies on the community working together to keep traffic moving.

KEY FEATURES:

Live Map and List Views: Instantly see the status of public, at-grade crossings across Terre Haute. Share your location to automatically sort the list by the crossings closest to your car.

Real-Time Community Reports: See exactly what is happening before you get stuck. Users can report tracks as "All Clear," or warn others about a "Stopped," "Slow," or "Fast Moving" train.

Favorites and Push Alerts: Tap the star next to the crossings you use every day to pin them to the top of your list. You will receive instant push notifications if a train is reported at your favorite crossings so you can re-route before you even leave the house!

Customizable Quiet Hours: Need to sleep? Easily mute your push notifications during your designated off-hours inside the Profile and Settings menu.

Train Crew Rewards: Get rewarded for helping your community! Build your trust score and earn ranks - from Passenger all the way up to Engineer - by submitting accurate, helpful reports and clearing crossings when the tracks are empty.

Note: Safety is our absolute top priority. Location services are required to make a report to prevent spam and ensure accuracy. Please only interact with this application when safely and legally parked, or as a passenger. Never attempt to beat a train.
