## What is TH Partner?

TH Partner is a public service provider application designed for independent drivers and transportation service providers who wish to offer services on the Transferhood platform.

Users can register directly within the app, submit their information, and apply to become active service providers. Once approved, drivers can manage trip requests, service status, and related operational information.

The app is open to all individuals and is not restricted to a specific company or organization. It functions as an open marketplace platform connecting passengers with independent transportation service providers.

There are no paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-08-30

- Partners (and Partner+Driver accounts) can now start and complete rides directly from the app, just like drivers.
  - For partners, the "Complete Ride" button activates as soon as the ride is started no extra waiting.
  - For partners, the "Start Ride" button becomes available 1 hour before pickup time.
  - Removed Payoneer as a payment method. PayPal and Wise remain available.
  - Fixed an issue where pickup date/time could show in the wrong time zone. It now always displays the local time
    of the pickup location, regardless of your device's time zone.
