We discovered TH7 a few weeks ago, and I have been going in 6 times a week!
I Love it!
We have been doing the Nordic protocol, which is amazing, 3 x a week, and I have been doing the Red light therapy on other days. I feel great, my aches and pains are diminished, my skin is glowing and I have so much more energy.
The facility is lovely, modern, clean and has  incredible equipment. 
I urge anyone who wants to feel better, has injuries they would like to improve, and who simply wants to age better, to come and have a look.

I witnessed a very unprofessional interaction of the TH7 Westin manager berating a customer at the front desk in the presence of approximately six individuals the managers delivery of a concern was completely uncalled for. That manager needs to be trained in customer service on how to talk to their customers and some people skills around the energy that they present in a crowded environment.
