You cannot use this app to book a ticket for more than one person on different tickets.  It saves the first person's DOB that you book for and will not let you book for another person with a different DOB.

A worthless app. Can’t even search for flights. Can’t buy tickets. Can’t check in. Might also note that the thaismileair.com web site is equally worthless. You cannot book flights there due to apparently permanent technical problems. I think the answer is find another airline.

The airline is good but this app is terrible. Did anyone do any testing before it was released ?  If you try to look up a booking or do anything it just never shows anything just waiting waiting waiting. Dont waste your time.

I tried to ignore the reviews but it seems like it just loads forever when trying to look up my ticket. Oh well I’m sure they will have a better functioning app one day :) remember smile!

Always got notifications ‘too long process during credit card payment’ then have to do all over again and again.  very slow app to fill in data, even all added in profile already.
