I don’t understand how this app could have gotten 4.5 rating.  It froze at step 2 (gathering information - In progress).  I restarted my phone, still the same problem.  Frustrated, I searched for Thailand TDAC, and was able to finish everything in the first attempt.  A couple of minutes later, I got a pdf with a qr code emailed to me.  This app should just be removed.

Please disable any VPNs you may be using as well. If it happens again, please reach out through the feedback and suggestions button so we can look into it directly.

Why the stupid QR codes reader app spam? This app should be easier to use in a pinch, but has spam that confuses the whole process. I thought I needed a separate app but it’s probably some paid advertisements.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the valuable feedback. The ads pay for the development and maintenance of this app and you can hide all of them by purchasing a paid plan. We have also reviewed all ads from the Google Admob platform used by this app and blocked all utility app ads, including ones that may look deceptive.
