Just bought a new phone and want to login D-WP app but it always says wrong registration code. It’s still logged in my old phone but won’t let me transfer to my new phone.

I am trying to use digital work permit in another device I just bought and cannot login. 
Have any idea to solve this? Or it is limit that it can be used by only one device?
