จุดเริ่มต้นดีที่นำธุรกิจชุมชนสู่ผู้บริโภค แต่การทำงานหลังบ้าน การติดต่อเมื่อเกิดปัญหา ติดลบ call center ติดต่อยาก ใช้เวลานานและให้ข้อมูลที่ไม่เป็นจริงซ้ำ ๆ ให้ข้อมูลติดต่อกลับก็ไม่เคยติดต่อกลับ ต้องตามเรื่องเองทุกครั้ง คิดให้ดีก่อนคิดจะใช้งาน ลองเริ่มจากหาข้อมูลการติดต่อเมื่อเกิดปัญหาก่อน
