No option to register as a new member 
I went to website to buy travel insurance but there’s no English when trying to fill the travel dates only Thai language.

ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นตอนนี้คือ
1. เสียเงินจ่ายค่าประกันเรียบร้อยแล้วครับ แต่ต่ออายุในแอพไม่ได้ แอพต้องการให้ผมเสียเงินซ้ำเข้าไปใหม่
2. ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่แล้ว แต่เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าเรื่องแอพต้องโทรเวลาทำการเท่านั้น
3. ตอนนี้ผมอยู่ที่สนามบินแล้วครับ ซึ่งเป็นเวลากลางคืน เจ้าหน้าที่ให้โทรมาใหม่ ตอนเวลา 9 โมงเช้าที่ไทย
4. ตอนนี้ผมกำลังเดือดร้อน และไม่มีใครให้ความช่วยเหลือได้เลยครับ

ขอฟีดแบคให้ไทยวิวัฒน์ สำหรับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นนะครับ ไม่ทราบว่าจะแก้ไขอย่างไรได้บ้าง ขอบคุณครับ
