Current app version is not working at all. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2024-11-13, version 1.0.48* They are charging extra for online payments, which adds an unnecessary burden on users. The ironic part is that if you park your car in a non-designated area and try to pay, they will charge you for parking. However, an alternate app in Jubail, Mawgif, does not show parking charges for non-designated areas. Additionally, they are imposing penalties through the app and sending WhatsApp messages requesting payment, which I believe is not the right approach in Saudi Arabia. All penalties should be paid through a bank account and must be reflected on Absher. ### 1/5 — Worst parking system *2024-11-02, version 1.0.48* This parking app and system need serious improvements. Recently, I parked at a workshop thinking it was parking for the workshop itself, not realizing it was paid parking. I left my car there briefly with a friend, and in just three minutes, I was fined without any notification or grace period. This feels extremely unfair. The app should alert drivers before issuing fines, maybe through a notification or text message, giving them a chance to move the car or pay. A 10-minute grace period would allow people to address their parking status without instantly being penalized. Not everyone can remember to extend parking on time, and sometimes notifications don’t come through, so this system just ends up punishing people who might be busy or distracted. Also, towing cars and charging high fines without adequate warning or reminders is really unreasonable. The system should focus on fairer, customer-friendly solutions that help drivers comply, not just penalize them. ### 1/5 — EXPENSIVE !!!! *2024-10-13, version 1.0.48* They shud have at least discounted price once u choose the recharge option or at least they have the subscription option with less price i really think need to put the option of minimum of half hour some people ( like myself) would only stop for 15mins !!! First, you have to purchase a package you cannot pay hour by hour. The package then ends after a certain amount of time like three months. Second, even if you pay with the application and you don't have the parking ticket on the speedometer you will receive a violation, therefore, what is the benefit of having an application, these are duplicates processes. This app requires to pay 60 SAR for a bundle! people around markets pay at least from 3 to 6 SAR for 2 hrs to get their things done! at least make the app useful for the people to try use it not it forcing them to pay 60 SARS FOR 90 Days validation!!
