It was told my Faviurites list was already full. How on earth, at that stage , can I delete something to make room for this journey? I can’t see it in the menu or on the home page. However, it also won’t stop pinging up an awful ‘yes or maybe later’ dialog over all the stuff I want to see nagging me to turn on notifications. No, I don’t want them, ask me once and I go to setting if I change my mind. Journey planning needs an update too because it’s basically focused on selling you a ticket not planning a journey for a ticket you already have or might buy, meaning you keep having to add tickets to baskets to see details. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. It shows that the card is selected but does not apply it. I cannot remove the card selection. I can add and remove other railcards but not the one that was selected before the app update. Here’s an annoying one: if I use up my 8 passes of a flexi ticket before the end date (which I think is the most likely case), and I’ve now bought a new flexi, the old ‘expired’ one hangs around at the top of the ‘active’ tickets list until the end date. This is the path to get to your actual active ticket so it’s just annoying to have this useless clutter in the way pushing my active ticket down off the bottom of the screen. I’ve got 11 days now of having to scroll past an old ticket every time I need to get through a barrier. Should be an easy fix to just move it to the expired list, please? It just goes straight past the load and view page on the key ticket. An app is the only way you can activate a ticket as the station green access light is not accurate. Edit: Of course, I had already contacted Thameslink before writing this (with difficulty because video is needed to show the error and that wasn’t allowed). They did nothing. A few weeks later, it did eventually fix itself but no confirmation bug has been addressed. **Developer response:** Sorry you’ve had trouble activating your ticket this shouldn’t happen.
