I can’t add the vacuum to the app. It crashes any time you hit a button. Very disappointed in this.

I keep getting an error: “password must be 6-20 alphanumeric characters even when my password meets the requirements

**Developer response:** Dear Customer, We're so sorry for any trouble caused.  Password should be a 6-20 character mix of letters and numbers, cannot be numbers or letters only,  and cannot contain symbols.

Gracias buenos días mi nombre es Roberto Martínez , compre su producto Aspirador Thamtu G11 trabajo nuy bien ! Me gusta su producto ! Pero al mes y 10 días de cómpralo dejo de funcionar ! Quería saber si tiene alguna garantía para reemplazar el producto ya que lo quiero seguir disfrutando! Gracias espero respuesta buenos días !

When trying to use the vacuum it says I need to update the app to use the model, but there are no updates available on the App Store.

Love the vacuum however the battery just quit holding a charge one day. Am waiting for support to review my information and video they requested.  I really hope this is just a bad battery. The vacuum will still turn on if on the charging port.

Super user friendly, easy to navigate with lots of nice little features. Only complaint I have is that the app struggles to calculate the wear and replace time on parts of the robot it stays at 100%
