Now a majority of the time the images won’t even load so I don’t know what model I’m looking at. I wish they would fix it. ### 2/5 — Can’t see the photos *2026-04-07, version 2.47* I can’t see the photos most of the time. Just boxes with the no symbol thing. It was fast and convenient. But not only has it been having issues loading the pages in the actual app, they’ve seemingly gotten rid of all cross platform searching, leaving 95% of the models locked behind memberships or a paywall in general. It defeats the whole purpose of it for me, and I would imagine it’s the same for a lot of other people. If that’s for you, then try it. Otherwise, use Yeggi or something similar. ### 3/5 — Good but not great *2025-12-03, version 2.41* I was enjoying the thangs app but the last update ruined the app for me. Now photos aren’t loading or things take way too long to load. I’ve tried redownloading it and I’m having the same issue. Please fix this app so it is useable. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2026-08-18, version 2.51.3* I had an issue with my download counter showing downloads I couldn’t figure out who did or why I didn’t get paid. They said I downloaded them myself and thus why it only showed in the download counter and nowhere else. I told them that it was a mistake bc I had not done this and then the Agent basically called me a liar and deleted my account for spamming. SO WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TRY TO REPORT ISSUES WITH THEIR APP OR SITE, THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL JUST DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT WARNING!!! Even the link they sent about there legal policy pertaining to spamming was a 404 error. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-08-14, version 2.51.3* Main pages load fine, but as soon as you search you get no pictures. I’m logged in to my account and go to my membership accounts, nothing but text no pictures. In the grid view or other list view after searching no pictures just text. Scrolling works now. Which is awesome because Thangs is the best 3d print model searcher I have found. It now works great, no ads blocking results, and I immediately found what I needed, an electrical junction box extender to keep surveillance camera cables from being crimped. And found it despite not knowing the “right”terminology to use. Thanks Thangs! OLD VERSION: I love Thangs.com on the web. But the app is unusable for me. Every single time I tap on a model to look at, my own media is stopped so some awful ad can pop up. And then going back to the app, at least half the time it won’t scroll. Seriously unusable and obnoxious. Deleted. ### 5/5 — *EDIT* App has been fixed so rating changed to 5 stars. Thank you Thangs Support Team! *2023-12-25, version 2.20.2* App has been broken for weeks. Home Screen and search screens show “an error occurred” and despite uninstalling app and reinstalling a week later, same error persists. Pity cause the app is very convenient but have to use chrome to access. Hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later. When it works, 5 out of 5. I really appreciate the simplicity and ability to search for models via an image.
