You have to show ID anyway even if they scan your pass member bar code within the app. I’ve never needed a reservation to visit any of the attractions. I keep getting logged out so when I go to show my tickets I have to re log it which is annoying. I also hate the way I have to get redirected to get tickets. It seems like such a process to be redirected, choose the date, then the time, put it in the cart, and checkout. The had the best time. We moved to Utah from California last march. We’ve been to several Christmas light events and really thought yours outshine others we’ve been too. The artistry and thought behind the scenes was so good. We all have it a thumbs up. Glad we did the earliest entry. Looking forward to taking more friends and family year.
