And when you contact them for the 10000 times they confirm that it’s their mistake (call recorded) and they promise to process and complete my refund, until this moment my money is not received. I called the customer service this morning and the lady was saying it’s my bank that I have to check with although her colleague confirmed it’s That Concept Mistake!!! Compared to other luxury brand platforms your guys definitely need to step up the application you use and the service you provide otherwise you will lose many customers like you did with me! I will never recommend this app, because the most impost pasty of such apps is the service, speed and flexibility with customers, unfortunately I didn’t find any at your application!!!
