(It was 13 deals ) Yet, after I purchased multiple StiVectin products, & found some of them to be 16years since manufactured date (running from 2010-2022) when Strivectin states their products have a maximum shelf life of about 3 years. I paid quite a bit for these for them to be unusable. Strivectin suggests not using them on skin at all. Please be aware your products may be expired! I just have a few questions and some suggestions for making a few changes that would make it even better. How do I permanently change my first choice of payment? If I can’t figure it out, I can’t order with one word because it has the payment set to the card that I don’t want to use. It also appears at the top of each order on the app and I forget to change it on some of my orders. Can you fix it so that every time you click on something or if you stop to take a screen shot of something, it will not go back to the beginning and make you watch all of them again? (Why can’t it go back to where you were at?) What is the best way to contact you if a mistake is made on an order or when something doesn’t work right? How long do you have to contact you? (I don’t always get to using something new right away!) Why doesn’t a packing slip come with every order? Why don’t you put the prices on the packing slips? I immediately get nervous when it shows a tutorial video. In my experience, if you have to have a tutorial to show how use a shopping app, you haven’t designed a good shopping app. But sure, let’s go. Each page has a product video that gives me spinner before or even if it loads. Of course that’s frustrating so I try to skip past the slow/not loading videos and look at the page title descriptions instead. As I’m skipping through I see a description that looks interesting but I’ve just passed it so I try to go back. Nope! If you slide a not loading video to the right which is the natural motion to go back in a carousel, the app brings up a “place in cart” screen for the current item. Seriously? So I can’t easily go back to the previous item? It’s almost like they looked at a winner from bad UI contest and decided, “Cool, let’s use that!”. Again, love the deals but really disappointed in the app design. I thought I’d hit the gold mine of fun, and very interesting gadgets, which I do, but was saddened when I ordered from them a blood pressure monitor at a great discount,as a senior on SSDI, the cost was difficult to beat, and I have HBP, it’s been a challenge to treat and I thought , I have a opportunity to be apart or the answer, not a part of the problem, so I ordered and waited, I never saw it. It was never delivered or it was stolen. I called them up and I asked what we’re gonna do about this and let me tell you Amazon they’re not because they just said well once people put a postage stamp on it all our hands. I thought wow whatever happened to you haven’t returned Customer. They don’t care about that anymore. Just get the cash and run.
