Also it would be nice to have the app talk back to you as a guide throughout workouts. I hate apps like this, not a genuine fitness app to help anyone expect the developers bank account. Apple should really ban you lot from releasing recycled apps. ### 4/5 — Great app with room for improvement *2019-01-05, version 2.1* This is a great app with free beginner and intermediate 30 day programs. However, the intermediate program starts below the end of the beginner program, meaning you can’t move from one to the other without going backwards. A problem with the (paid) programs that you can create yourself is that you can only start your program at a maximum of 60 seconds per exercise. Again, this doesn’t flow on from the end of the intermediate program (which ends at 2 mins per exercise).
