Then the remastered version gives it a well deserved face lift. ### 3/5 — Too many glitches *2026-03-16* I have found that many of the games I have completed do not give me achievements, as well as I cannot progress in the games much as I try(I have completed all puzzles, up until the painting, but I cannot start it the action is not available) it’s frustrating. Als ich dann sah, dass es das Spiel eeendlich auf Deutsch gab, sogar mit Hilfesystem und verbesserten Grafiken, war ich natürlich begeistert!! 🤩 Das Ganze ist super schön gemacht und unter anderem sind auch alle originalen Stimmen und Effekte enthalten! Als ich manche Melodien oder Stimmen hörte war ich sofort wieder 13. 🥰 Das Einzige, was meinen Spielspaß nun trübt ist, dass das Spiel zum Teil gravierende Bugs hat. Der Controller z.B. funktioniert nur innerhalb des Spiels... sobald ich auf den falschen Knopf komme und im Menü lande, komme ich nicht wieder ins Spiel zurück, da der Controller nicht im Hauptmenü funktioniert. Ich muss dann das iPad antippen um fortfahren zu können. Das wäre ja noch zu verkraften, jedoch stürzt das Spiel bei mir auch jedes Mal reproduzierbar ab ❌, nachdem ich das Damen-Rätsel im Billardzimmer 🎱 gelöst habe. 😩 Ich hörte und las, dass das nach vielen Rätseln passieren kann. 🫣 Ich bete, dass hier noch ein Patch erscheint, da ich das Spiel so nicht zu Ende spielen kann. 😭 Ansonsten erinnert mich das Spiel absolut an eine Zeit, als Spiele noch Seele & Tiefgang besaßen. 🥰 Abgesehen davon empfehle ich das Spiel natürlich absolut jedem Nostalgiker oder natürlich jenen, die auf absolut knifflige Knobelrätsel stehen!! 🤗 ### 2/5 — It keeps shutting down mid puzzle *2025-11-18, version 1.2.2* I want to play but it keeps shutting down :( definitely wasted $7 ### 3/5 — Good game but *2025-11-11* Really good game loved the graphics and creepy tone but like other reviews doesn’t recognise when games completed so can’t complete the game would of gave 5 stars this problem was fixed ### 2/5 — Please fix the bishop puzzle problem *2025-11-03* My hardware is iPhone 15 Pro Max and iOS 18.62. I love everything about it. The puzzles are just like I remember them, challenging and fun. ### 5/5 — It has its bugs…like the ORIGINAL…but it’s integral to computer history. *2023-06-15* I got T7g when CD-ROMs were coming into the mainstream. I bought one of the original discs and ran into the classic sound buffer failure 02/20 that Trilobyte forgot to debug in DOS. Once I got the patch (terminal link and a floppy disk) I played the game to completion. When I had to move to Mac I picked up the equivalent and introduced my friend in high school to it. Henry Stauf became well-known among the geeks of my day. This is a great game, and Hirshboeck owns the role of Stauf like Englund owned Freddy. On the acting: yes, they’re overacting for a purpose…a lot of nuance is lost when compression reduces facial expressions to pixels. This game was produced in the early 90’s. The actors are compensating for the tech. THIS GAME IS A PIECE OF HISTORY. It, along with Myst, popularized the optical drive. There are some bugs, granted, but as long as we keep reporting them they’ll fix them. ### 5/5 — Fantastic - 11th Hour next please! *2022-09-06* Had the previous release before the remaster and thought that was good enough (be it a few puzzles missing if I remember right?), but this is great - has the entirety remastered, but also additional throw-ins and goodies that should please fans.. like me!
